    Gwendolyn Zorn
    Masters student at Rhodes University. Currently reading for a Master of Arts in Philosophy. Gwendolyn has a Bachelor of Arts (Honours) in Philosophy obtained with Distinction. She also has a Bachelor of Arts from Rhodes University having majored in Philosophy, English and Psychology. In 2008, Gwendolyn was an Exchange Programme recipient to Furman University, South Carolina, USA. In 2004, she was a member of Zimbabwe National Debating Team.

    In this video lecture, given in three parts, I demonstrate not only the concept of ‘good corporate governance’ but also the reasons why it is important. I also show why the King III Code on Corporate Governance can provide a solid basis for a company’s policies and practices in this regard.
