Quantum Leap, the popular NBC series, is gearing up for an exciting second season with the addition of two new cast members. Eliza Taylor and Peter Gadiot have joined the show, bringing fresh perspectives to the time-traveling adventures.
In this upcoming season, Taylor portrays the character of Hannah Carson, who makes her first appearance in Episode 3. On the other hand, Gadiot takes on the role of Tom Westfall, an Army intelligence officer in charge of overseeing the Quantum Leap project. While the show hasn’t revealed when Westfall makes his debut, his presence is bound to stir up some intrigue in the present-day storyline, especially with Raymond Lee returning as Dr. Ben Song.
Quantum Leap, which originally starred Scott Bakula and Dean Stockwell, is a sequel to the hit series. It follows the current Quantum Leap project’s attempts to locate Bakula’s character, Sam Beckett, who never returned from his time travel adventure. Sadly, Stockwell’s character, Al, passed away in the series. However, his daughter, played by Georgina Reilley, adds a new dynamic to the show.
The second season of Quantum Leap promises to be an exciting one, with the premiere featuring guest stars Melissa Roxburgh, Francois Arnaud, Aaron Abrams, and P.J. Byrne. Viewers can also look forward to an episode filmed on location in Egypt, which will air on December 6th.
